Romantic Appointment manufactures and exports artificial flowers, foliage and floral installations from Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. This page explains what happens to the information you send through the enquiry form on this website.

Quotations issued by our export desk are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices, lead times and shipping terms are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

Products are supplied according to the agreed specification and sample. Claims regarding quality or quantity should be raised within the inspection window stated in the order confirmation, and are handled according to the agreed Incoterm.
